yes you can use as many caravans as you like, but you have to make sure that you selected them in your application. You can only set up a caravan if it was specified in the application. By default, all caravans of your business are selected there.

If you buy a new caravan after you sent the application, it will not be part of the contract so you will not be able to set it up at the event.
