      • [fixed] The fuel tank content could not exceed 99.9 liters, even if its capacity was way bigger.


      • [adjusted] The lower temperature limit for all attractions has been lowered by 5 degrees each. This should help a lot of our alpha testers and is a short-term measure. We might consider to revert these changes in one of the upcoming patches.

      Support System


      A really important topic for our staff is the support tool.
      You can find a brand new help page ingame by clicking at this button on any page:





      You will find there the link to the forum, our discord server and you can directly contact our game support from there, too.
      Once you sent a message to us, you will get a notification as soon as there is a reply.


      The recipient option "Support" was removed from the message system. We decided against integrating the support tool into private messages.


      For now you can only use the support tool if you logged into a game world. We plan to integrate a form into our mainpage as well. Until then, for login issues e.g. you can still contact us via Discord or E-Mail.


      The new support tool also enables us to send direct messages to players, a really helpful tool for any kind of official conversations.



      Contractual penalties

      The second big feature of this patch! We implemented 2 new penalties:


      1) Attraction was not set up in time
      If the attraction was not set up until the opening hour of the first playing time day, the commitment for this event is invalid and you will no longer be allowed to set up the attraction, even if the setup was already started before. The tourplan entry will be deleted. In addition, your account will be charged a penalty fee that is dependent on the attraction.


      2) Attraction was not dismantled in time
      You will also break contractual agreements with the organizer if you don't dismantle your attraction before the dismantling deadline is reached.
      Besides the penalty fee (same amount as for not setting up in time) the organizer will clear the event area. You attraction will be dismantled by another company and together with your caravans be transported to a parking lot within the nearby region - most likely not in the same city.
      If any operating costs were not payed yet, they will also be automatically charged from your account.



      Organizers communicate with each other and know about unreliable companies. After a contractual penalty you will have less chances for a commitment for an event (for a limited time of a couple weeks). This "negative bonus" affects all businesses of a player the same way.


      You will always receive a notification with the exact details about the penalty.



      After implementing the penalties, some bugs of the tourplan should be fixed now:
      • Not answered commitments count as "denied" and will be removed from your tourplan
      • Events where you didn't take part will also be removed


      Important: If you've been affected by a bug and still have a wrong entry in your tourplan, please contact our support. We will delete it manually for you.


      There is currently one known issue about the new feature:
      If you dismantled your attraction in time but not the caravans, your will not get a penalty. This will be resolved in one of the upcoming patches.

      Patch #20 marks our Alpha officially as feature-complete!
      That means we implemented all features we wanted to test in the alpha.
      We will now focus on bugfixing, your feedback and especially on the development of all features needed for the Closed Beta.
